What is Virtuos.you?
Virtuos.you is a gateway to understanding the culture, ethics, policies, and principles that define the Virtuos way of working. How does onboarding work?
We align you with our ethics and governance from day one. You will undergo
training on our policies, programs, TRISM—Trust, Risk, Integrity, Security Management.
Do you allow Mobiles and Personal Devices in the office?
Virtuos allows mobiles under BYOD—Bring Your Own Device conforming data/privacy policies of the company and our customers. You will necessarily use the company provided internet connection, and shall never use personal internet to connect to the company's provided devices/computers as well.
Do you micromanage or macromanage?
At Virtuos, we believe in trust and accountability over micromanagement. While we empower employees with flexibility, we expect everyone to be mindful of attendance, breaks, productivity, and log-in hours, maintaining consistency with our work standards.

Do you provide Work From Home
At Virtuos, flexibility is earned through trust and experience. For freshers or less-experienced employees, work-from-home is generally not offered, except in exceptional or approved circumstances.
For experienced professionals, hybrid or partial remote work may be permitted at the discretion of the reporting manager based on role requirements and performance.
Candidates should not assume work-from-home as an entitlement and are encouraged to clarify their work mode with HR before appearing for interviews.
Candidates are expected to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and transparency throughout the hiring process. They should follow all stages sincerely and communicate promptly with Virtuos representatives.
What is expected of candidates during the recruitment process?
No. Candidates must not disclose or discuss recruitment-related details — including interviews, feedback, or results — on social media or public forums. Such communication is confidential and governed by Virtuos’ ethics and data protection principles.
Can I share interview discussions, feedback, or selection results publicly?
What happens if a candidate doesn’t hear back or loses another opportunity during the process?
While Virtuos follows a fair and transparent process, the company cannot be held responsible for lost opportunities or delays during recruitment. Candidates are encouraged to stay engaged respectfully and follow the official communication channels.
Why are these ethical expectations important?
These standards reflect Virtuos’ VBLUE principles of trust, ethics, and governance — ensuring fairness, respect, and integrity for both candidates and the organization.
What should I do after receiving an offer from Virtuos?
Upon accepting an offer, candidates are expected to honour their commitment and join as agreed. If unable to accept, they must inform Virtuos promptly to allow time for alternate arrangements.

Virtuos operates from Monday to Friday, with employees expected to complete a minimum of 42.5 logged-in and productive hours per week. We follow standard shifts aligned with Indian and UK time zones. For US-based projects, we recruit dedicated teams specifically suited for those time-zone requirements.
